No returns or exchanges. 

Boutique Clothing

New items may be returned for a store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery.  We cannot issue refunds.  The item must be unworn and new with original tags.  The customer is responsible for shipping the items back and covering the shipping of the new item as well.  

Sale items are final sale.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your package has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control. Please allow the carrier the estimated transit time shown at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Delivered Packages

Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property and mailbox
  • Confirming with household members or neighbors
  • Contacting your local post office with your tracking number

We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages marked delivered.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered) or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can assist you.

International Shipping

Neon Moon is proud to offer international shipping to Canada, UK, Germany & Australia.  If you’d like to add your country please send me an email at Allie@shopneonmoon.com 

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may be applied by their country’s customs agency. These fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are determined by your local government.

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Neon Moon is not responsible for packages delayed, held, or returned by customs. If a package is refused by the recipient or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
