  • Who owns Neon Moon? Neon Moon is owned by a couple comprised of a US Army Veteran and a Master Herbalist/ Cosmetic Chemist. 
  • Where do you ship from? We are located in the state of Florida. 
  • How many years have you been in business for? 13 years 
  • Are all items truly handmade? Yes, all of our items are crafted by hand in small batches to ensure quality. 
  • What are the ingredients found in your soaps? All of our soaps have the same recipe which is comprised of kokum or shea butter, castor oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and olive oil with coconut milk. Should a butter be added or a different type of milk used (as we do have some with more than 1 milk) then we specify in the listing. 
  • Are your fragrances phthalate free? Yes! They're also nitromusk free. 
  • What colorants do you use for your bath bombs/bubble bars? Mica minerals and FDA batch certified lake colorants. 
  • What type of essential oils do you use? All of our oils are Therapeutic/Medicinal Grade and Certified Organic. None of our oils contain petroleum nor solvents/additives. 
  • Are your jewelry items also handmade? Yes. 
  • What type of wax do you use for your wax melts and candles? For our wax melts we use a customary blend of para-soy wax for better scent throw. In terms of our candles they are pure soy and coconut wax , they feature either a natural wood or hemp wick. 
  • Do you accept wholesale or bulk orders? Yes we do! Shoot us an email and we will get back to you within 36 hours. 
  • Im interested in a large order for an event, can you customize colors and scents for me? Yup we sure can. Send us an email and we will reach you shortly.

  • Do you accept exchanges? Sadly we do not. Once an order is placed we do not accept cancellations either. If an item is missing then let us know immediately in order to solve the problem. If an item is damaged in the process we require photos within 24 hours of arrival or we will not replace. Also, orders shipped via USPS First Class are not insured unless you purchase it and thus we will not be held responsible for it. Exchanges are not allowed due to the nature of our products. If we sent out the wrong item then we will correct it. For jewelry we do accept returns or exchanges though customer is responsible for paying shipping fees to and fro. Also a $2 restocking fee applies.
